Nova Scotia expanding program

Opportunities for wheelchair curlers are growing in Nova Scotia, site of the 2009 National Championships. There is league play on Friday evenings at the Lakeside CC (contact Laughie Rutt) and starting this season there are plans for 2-on-2 play at the Halifax Curling Club on Sunday afternoons (contact Nancy Beaton). Laughie hopes to expand wheelchair curling to Windsor and Cape Breton, but wherever you live, new curlers are very welcome so make yourself known.
