South Lanarkshire loses pioneer with death of Charles Russell
Charles Russell passed away last week after a short illness. Though known internationally as a top-level competitor and advocate for wheelchair bowls, under his chairmanship of the South Lanarkshire Wheelchair Curling Club, membership has grown to over 30 members.
