Seems BC is about on track, beating Manitoba in a have-to win. It was pretty much a one man show, with Armstrong bailing them out with some pretty spectacular shots.

He just doesn't have any fear, and certainly outshines everyone with strategy and ice reading.

Don't think he has the horses , though to win it all.

I saw the BC / Manitoba game, but most of it from the side of the arena. Now, I am a Manitoba fan, but Jim Armsrong was nothing short of spectacular in their win. His hit and roll ont he fourth end (throwing HARD to keep the bounce flat) right to the button to kill our three (or four) ender was followed by ANOTHER big weight hit and roll to the side of the button on the fifth end to make sure we only got one. Then he draws to the pin on the sixth to guarantee their point. Even their coach, Melissa, came out on the fourth to "give him a kiss".

He is a one man wrecking crew.....but great for thie game.....maybe he will slip on the weekend??????

If we don't win, let it be BC..it is just a delight and marvel to watch.
