Armstrong and son indicted by US grand jury

UPDATE: May 10. A hearing, scheduled for May 6, was postponed. No word on when, or if, it will be rescheduled. The public record of the case shows no information beyond what was known as Jim was released on a $20,000 surety bond at the end of April. If the matter is being investigated by a grand jury, the proceedings are not made public by the prosecution until the grand jury's deliberations are complete.

UPDATE: May 2.  The U.S. Attorney's office issued a press release Friday. It can be read HERE.

So what do we all think of the hero now?????

Relax.......

I heard some interesting theories this week-end, and my money is on Jim pleading not guilty, and not even going to trial.

Can you people not read, Jim has already admitted that his is guilty!!!! Read the papers provided in the postings!!! We can no longer pretend that this did not happen, we all had the wool pulled over our eyes, it is a lesson that this program needs to learn. We now need to look at the future, look at some of the players that were in the program like Daw or Cormack to come back, look at some of the other future players we need to have a solid balance at this point of experience and youth. Stop defending the fraud, get the program back on track and move on, some of us have been saying that Jim is NOT the God of wheelchair curling, this simply proves it. Why did people like Daw or Chris S or countless others get excluded from the program??? These are the ones that we are going to count on to rebuild the program. Come on, wake up!!!
